Chairman Joe called our meeting to order at 12:15, welcoming all in attendance and reminded everyone of Rotary’s theme for this year, “CREATE LASTING CHANGE”.
Club Business:
We had 21 attendees at our meeting today including one visiting rotarian, Bill Fric from Millennium, one guest, Don Jesse, our guest speaker, Rob Huebert and 18 members. Our guests were introduced by Rob Dempsey and welcomed by our rendition of “Welcome to Rotary”.
Joe thanked Rob Dempsey and Moe Tynan for being greeters and welcoming all who attended. He thanked Paul G. for being our scribe today and also thanked Rob and George for helping set up the speaking and presentation equipment. In addition Joe thanked Peter and Anthony for operating our payment system.

Paul and his best friend were wondering if there would be curling in heaven. They promised each other that the first on to die would somehow let the other one know. A week later, Paul's best friend passed away. Later that week, Paul recognizes his best friends voice booming down from the clouds.
“Paul, great news. There is curling in heaven. Bad news is that you are the skip on Friday”.
